Contributions and Fundraising Guidelines

All checks should be made payable to "Committee to Elect Goeffrey Hansen".

•

Checks should be written from a personal account, please no corporate checks.

•

Checks must be signed by the account holder.

•

State law limits all contributions to $500 per contributor per election, $1000 per married couple, per election. Married couples must either submit separate $500 checks, or one $1000 dollar check with both signatures.

•

The campaign must collect the name and address of anyone who contributes financially to the campaign.

•

The campaign must collect the name, address, occupation and employer of anyone who contributes to the campaign to comply with reporting rules.

•

No person contributing to the campaign may be reimbursed from a 3rd party for any part of their contribution.

•

All contributors should be U.S. Citizens, or have a valid "green card".

•

The campaign cannot accept contributions from corporations.

•

Contributions to "the Committee to Elect Goeffrey Hansen" are not tax deductible.

•

Others rules apply to PAC, partnership and limited liability companies.
